THREE WAYS TO START

A model number.
A photograph. A requirement.

Choose the information you have. You can start a conversation without completing a full technical specification.

01 / I KNOW THE REFERENCE

Send a model or part number.

Use the full manufacturer reference, including suffixes where available.

This prepares an enquiry. It does not confirm a catalogue match or stock availability.

02 / I HAVE AN EXISTING PART

Start with a photo.

A nameplate, connector close-up or dimensioned drawing can help identify the next questions.

  • Whole part and readable label
  • Connections and fixing points
  • Dimensions and equipment reference, if known

Attach up to three PDF, JPG or PNG files, up to 10 MB each, to the enquiry form. For additional material, email salesjames@mkelecsolution.com and include the enquiry reference. Similar appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.

03 / I KNOW THE APPLICATION

Describe what it needs to do.

Tell us about the equipment, installation and operating conditions. Technical details can be clarified together.

  • Transformer or electrical equipment
  • Charging site or expansion
  • Panel assembly or industrial control

FOR AN EXISTING PRODUCT

Three views that help identify a part.

Keep the manufacturer, model and important connections readable. Remove unrelated customer details before sharing. Attach the relevant views to your enquiry with a short description of the replacement you need.

01 / The complete item

Show the overall shape and where the item sits in the equipment. Include the existing equipment reference if known.

02 / The identification label

Include a readable manufacturer name, full model, rating and serial or ordering code where present.

03 / The interfaces

Show connections, fixing points and available dimensions. Add a drawing or revision reference when available.

Photographs start identification; dimensions and electrical compatibility still need confirmation.

AFTER THE INITIAL IDENTIFICATION

What a product reference helps resolve.

Identification is the first step. The next question is whether the proposed item matches the equipment, installation and supply requirement.

The complete reference is available

Include the original manufacturer, full ordering code and suffixes, version where relevant, quantity and destination. Availability, condition and documentation are reviewed for that exact reference.

The reference is incomplete

A readable label, overall photograph and interface details can narrow the discussion. Further dimensions, ratings or the existing equipment reference may be needed before a specific item can be proposed.

An alternative is being considered

State which features must remain the same and which may change. Electrical duty, mechanical fit, connections and any software or platform interfaces need separate review. Similar appearance is only a visual clue.

ILLUSTRATIVE ENQUIRY — USE YOUR OWN DETAILS

“We need a replacement for the item in the attached label photo. The manufacturer code is partly unreadable. We can provide the fixing dimensions and connector photographs. Please identify the missing information before proposing an alternative.”
