Henan Mingkong Technology Co., Ltd. uses the information you provide to review and respond to equipment and project enquiries.

Information you choose to share

The enquiry form requires an email address and a description of your requirement. Your name or company, country or region and project topic are optional. Send only information needed for the discussion. You may attach up to three PDF, JPG, PNG, XLSX or CSV files within the size limit shown on the form. These files are stored outside the public website directory and are available to authorised staff through the enquiry record. Files are not added to the public media library.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored in the website administration area for authorised staff. When the website mail service is active, the enquiry and attached files are also sent to our business inbox through the configured email provider. When email delivery is not active, enquiries remain available to authorised staff in the website administration area. Information sent by email is processed by the email services involved in that exchange.

Browser storage and site operation

The enquiry list stores selected equipment names in your browser for the current tab session. It does not store your contact details or enquiry text there. WordPress uses cookies for administration and login. Hosting infrastructure may record requests for operation and security. The form temporarily uses a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions.

Questions about your information

For questions about an enquiry, or to request correction or deletion, contact salesjames@mkelecsolution.com. Do not include confidential client records or unnecessary personal information in your initial enquiry.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, product views, public document downloads, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. The analytics measurement includes page paths, the page language, device and approximate location information. We do not send your enquiry text, name, email address or attachments to Google Analytics. Contact clicks indicate intent and do not confirm that a conversation took place.

Analytics is optional. Before you allow it, our analytics code does not load Google tags. We remember your choice in browser storage for up to 180 days. You can change it using Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing or submitting an enquiry. Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals in this integration.
