FOR THE WAY YOU BUY

Procurement for transformers, equipment and spare parts.

Send a transformer specification, equipment schedule or mixed-brand parts list. We review product identity, technical interfaces, quantities, documents and delivery scope for the enquiry.

FROM YOUR LIST TO AN AGREED SCOPE

Keep specifications, quotations and orders aligned.

Use the same item references through the technical discussion, quotation and order. This makes it easier to compare what is proposed and identify what is still open.

  1. 01

    Share the requirement

Send the product reference or application, quantity, destination and relevant drawing. For a mixed list, give each item a line number.

Distributor requirements

Share product references, quantities, destination and repeat-order expectations. Include label, packing and documentation needs.

Equipment & panel assembly

Share the component list and assembly drawing. Identify electrical interfaces, mounting dimensions and drawing revisions.

Replacement requirements

Send the full model or a nameplate photo. Include wiring, dimensions and the existing equipment reference where available.

Not sure of the model?

Describe the function or application. A complete specification is not required to start.

BEFORE THE QUOTATION

Make the supply scope easy to compare.

Identify the equipment, interfaces and responsibilities behind each line of a procurement list.

Product identity

Manufacturer, brand, complete model, configuration and any required version or condition. Original-brand PLCs, drives and controls retain their manufacturer identity.

Technical fit

Ratings, connection interfaces, installation dimensions, environmental conditions and any proposed deviations from your specification.

Commercial & delivery scope

Quantity, price, currency, quotation validity, packing, destination and agreed delivery terms. Lead time and availability are confirmed for the order.

Documents & support

Drawing revisions, required records, warranty provider and coverage, plus installation, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities.

PROJECT INTERFACES

Decide who is responsible for each part of the scope.

Equipment supply can sit alongside local installation, commissioning, software platforms and third-party approvals. Describe the work you expect with the equipment.

List excluded and unresolved items explicitly. If a rating, quantity, drawing or delivery requirement changes, identify the affected line and revision so the technical scope, price and timing can be reviewed together. A product photograph or matching connector does not define the full project scope.

Common procurement questions.

Can I enquire without a model number?

Yes. Describe the application, destination and what the equipment needs to do. A photograph, sketch or existing specification can help us identify the next questions.

Can one enquiry include several product types?

Yes. Send your own procurement list or build an enquiry list on the site. Include quantities and identify which items must work together. Each item’s availability and technical fit are reviewed.

Who manufactures the equipment?

Transformer manufacturing is Mingkong’s foundation. EV charging equipment and supporting electrical and automation products are supplied to the agreed scope. The actual manufacturer, brand, complete model, applicable documents and warranty provider are identified in the quotation.

Can I order an original-brand replacement?

Share the original manufacturer, complete ordering code and version, plus a nameplate or connector photograph. Brand identity is retained. Any alternative requires a separate compatibility review.

How are quantities and delivery timing confirmed?

Include the quantity, destination and target date, and say whether the date means dispatch or arrival on site. Minimum order quantities, sample feasibility, availability and lead time depend on the selected product and are confirmed in the offer.

What should I send for after-sales support?

Provide the order reference, model or serial number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Mingkong coordinates the enquiry against the agreed warranty and support scope.

Choose the component category, then the brand.

Browse by component type, such as PLC, drive, relay or instrument transformer. Within the category, specify a preferred brand—such as Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric—or describe the function you need. Each offered product is identified by its own brand and ordering code.

If an alternative is needed, we identify the proposed manufacturer, model and relevant differences for your review before order confirmation.

One part, a mixed list or a complete equipment package

An exact replacement

Send the brand and full ordering code if available. A nameplate photograph or drawing is also a useful starting point.

A mixed-brand parts list

Combine products from different manufacturers in one enquiry. Identify quantities, destination and any items that must retain the specified brand.

Equipment and its interfaces

Discuss components alongside the transformer, charger or control cabinet. Include the available supply, connection points and installation constraints.
