Dry type transformer SC(B)-NX1 Grade 1 is our premium epoxy cast product series with top energy efficiency performance. Equipped with ultra-low loss silicon steel core and full vacuum casting technology, this dry type transformer is engineered for high-safety indoor power distribution projects, such as urban power grids, high-rise office buildings, hospitals, metro stations and underground substations. Adopting oil-free flame retardant structure, it fully complies with rigorous safety standards for dense public facilities.
B: Model meaning

The model SC(B)-NX1 stands for three-phase epoxy cast dry type transformer with optional low-voltage foil winding. The middle two segments are customized rated capacity and voltage class, while suffix NX1 represents national top Grade 1 ultra-low energy efficiency, which greatly cuts long-term power operation cost for industrial and commercial power distribution projects.
C: Producr Features
- Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 30% lower than that of the SCB10 produc, and allosses are lower than theSCB13 dry-type transformer, with excellent energy-saving effect, economic operation, and maintenance-free.
- Low noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10-15 decibels lower than the professional standard JB/T10088-2016 “6-220kVtransformer sound level”.
- Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts foreign advanced mixing methods and vacuum fim degassing technologies to make themixture evenly stirred and completely eliminate air bubbles in the mixture. The product has only very low partial discharge, which can becontrolled below 5PC. Both the high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both fulencapsulation and inter-turn impregnation. The pouring body has a dense solidified structure, fame-retardant, explosion-proof, anddoes not pollute the environment.
- Insulating materials such as glass fiber winding the coil have self-extinguishing characteristics, willnot generate arc due to short circuit.and the resin will not generate toxic and harmful gases under high heat.
- High mechanical strength: The resin with filer makes the expansion coefficient difference in the casting body small, the curingshrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured product is high.
