The S11/S13 20 kV-class family covers sealed oil-immersed distribution-transformer enquiries for industrial and local networks. The actual primary voltage and performance series must be specified together. The reference data currently displayed on this page relates to the S13 voltage-class configuration.

The application scope includes petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile and light-industry distribution. Site contamination and installation conditions remain part of the selection.

For projects using a higher distribution-voltage class than conventional 10 kV equipment. State the actual system voltage and required LV output.

The core uses grain-oriented silicon-steel laminations. Core and winding selection are coordinated with the required voltage class and performance series.
Concentric windings are described for the construction. Electrical connection group and terminal layout should be defined for the particular rating.
The tapping arrangement is selected to suit the network-voltage requirement. Specify the requested tap range with the primary-voltage combination.
Corrugated tank surfaces provide the described cooling and oil-volume accommodation arrangement. The final outline and accessories are rating dependent.

Match the selected transformer to the room layout, terminal arrangement, cooling clearances and approved drawings.
