S13-M is a sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer based on the S13 performance series. The core and winding design is coordinated with capacity-specific loss values. The on-page table provides a practical starting point for comparing the selected capacity, winding connection and impedance.

For urban and rural supply installations requiring a sealed oil-immersed transformer and an agreed electrical schedule.

For capacity replacement or new plant distribution. Provide the existing supply details and any changes to connected load or installation layout.

The M suffix identifies a sealed design. The tank outline and accessory arrangement should be reviewed using the drawing for the selected capacity.
The S13 series uses its own core/winding performance schedule. No-load loss, load loss and no-load current are separate quantities in the table and should be compared consistently.
Up to 500 kVA, the table distinguishes Dyn11 and Yyn0 load losses. Identify the required connection group rather than treating both columns as one interchangeable figure.
The displayed 30–2,500 kVA entries span 4%, 4.5% and 5% impedance groups. The row-based enquiry retains the capacity and impedance together.

Match the selected transformer to the room layout, terminal arrangement, cooling clearances and approved drawings.

Checked against the original transformer catalogue, PDF page 24, printed page 38. Through 500 kVA, the source slash-separated loss values correspond to Dyn11 / Yyn0 respectively. Above 500 kVA the source provides one load-loss value, repeated in both columns. HV options: 6 / 6.3 / 10 / 10.5 / 11 kV; taps: ±5% or ±2 × 2.5%; LV: 0.4 kV.
